Polaris3D CEO Kwak In-beom announced on April 21 that the company had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Power Auto Robotics, led by CEO Hwang Jang-seon, to integrate technologies in industrial robotics and autonomous driving solutions and strengthen their competitiveness in global markets.

The agreement centers on combining the core technologies of both companies to advance AI-driven robotic manufacturing processes, jointly develop automation solutions, and enhance their competitive edge in global markets.

Polaris3D, a company specializing in autonomous robotic platforms, entered the market with its service robot "Ereon" and quickly responded to market demands by developing autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for manufacturing automation. This led to successful exports to Samsung Electronics’ Gumi plant and seven global business divisions. The company is now being recognized for setting a new benchmark in the domestic collaborative robotics market.

Since its founding in 2020, Power Auto Robotics has been recognized for its expertise in robotic automation technologies and has been driving next-generation manufacturing innovation through collaborations with a wide range of global companies.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on the following initiatives:

  • Development of new technologies for AI-driven manufacturing robots and AMRs

  • Joint planning of software and control systems for AI-based unmanned processes

  • Cooperative marketing and CRM strategies for global market expansion

Kwak In-beom, CEO of Polaris3D, stated, "This partnership goes beyond mere technological collaboration; it marks the first step toward establishing a new manufacturing standard as a leader in AI-driven robotics within the global industry." He added, "We aim to enhance the international competitiveness of the Korean robotics industry through AI and automation."

Hwang Jang-seon, CEO of Power Auto Robotics, stated, "By combining the strengths of both companies, we can secure a leading position in the global market." He further emphasized, "Together, we will lead the innovation of AI-driven robotic manufacturing."

Polaris3D and Powerauto Robotics, through this agreement, plan to strengthen their technological development and commercialization efforts across all areas, while leading a paradigm shift in the global robotic manufacturing ecosystem.
